Vireo has the right to collect information when the CUSTOMER registers for a Facility account, when the CUSTOMER provides information as part of the identity verification process, at the time of a transaction, or when the CUSTOMER requests a digital receipt. Vireo has the right to collect, but is not limited to collecting the following: general user information, such as name, email address, work address, telephone number, and date of birth. Vireo also has the right to collect information when the CUSTOMER uploads or sends information about the CUSTOMER’s products or services (including objects, prices, and other data)
Vireo can automatically record certain information from the CUSTOMER system using various types of tracking technologies. This “automatically collected” information may include Internet Protocol address (“IP Address”), unique device or user ID, version of the software used, system type, date, time, and details of the transaction. -CUSTOMER transactions, and information from the CUSTOMER account provided by the public by the CUSTOMER.
Vireo will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose email addresses or personal information or data from customers to other parties (except where required by applicable law). Vireo will only use such information to provide, maintain and improve Vireo services and to send information and support Vireo requests, including receipts, reminders, and support messages and administration messages.
Vireo may use the information it collects to send CUSTOMERS news and information about Vireo’s services, to communicate to CUSTOMERS about the latest products, services, promotions and information offered by Vireo and its designated partners.
Transaction records and CUSTOMER location can be used as non-personal information to make general statistical data about the purchasing behavior of the population of which CUSTOMER is a part, in order to provide better services. Vireo may also use information about CUSTOMERS to verify CUSTOMER’s identity, to investigate and prevent fraud or other illegal activities, and for other purposes that will be disclosed to CUSTOMERS in connection with Vireo services.
Vireo may disclose the information it collects where required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vireo may disclose such information at the request of law enforcement agencies or other governmental bodies, or if Vireo feels that such disclosure may prevent a criminal act from occurring, or may assist investigations relating to the safety of the public, to protect security. or integrity of the Vireo website, or to enable Vireo to take precautions against possible losses.
